1.    1 pound of beef sirloin (Cut into thin strips ) 
2.    1 small onion 
3.    2 cloves of garlic 
4.    8 ounces of white mushroom 
5.    2 tablespoon of butter 
6.    2 tablespoon of all purpose flour.
7.    1 cup of beef broth 
8.    1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 
9.    ½  cup of sour cream 
10.    1 pound of beef sirloin

6.    Add the cream of tartar and continue to beat while gradually add the granulated sugar . Beat until soft peaks form .
7.    Gently fold about one-third of the eggs whites into the chocolate mixture to lighten it .Then , gently fold in the remaining          egg whites.
8.    Divide the mixture .
9.    Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the souffle rise and form a crust but are still slightly jiggly in the center.
